InstaFly v11.6: Folder Sync Feature

With InstaFly v11.6, you will now be able to make all your shares very easily with the folder synchronization feature. The contents and caption in the folder you select will be automatically shared by copying and pasting.

How to use Folder Synchronization?

After logging into your account, you can access it from Post & Story Tools > Sharing Scheduling Tools > Schedule Post.

After running the Post Scheduling tool, click the Folder Synchronization tab from the tabs at the top left.

Select a folder with full or empty content with the Browse button.

Select the time to wait between two posts. You can choose in seconds, minutes and hours.

If you wish, you can select a caption and location. The caption you will write and the location you choose will be shared in all posts in the same way.

If there is content in your folder, it will be displayed in the Items to be Posts to Share (Queue) area. In addition, the Delete Shared Items from PC option will be automatically checked. If you uncheck this checkbox, the same content will be shared endlessly in a loop.

Run the tool by pressing the Start button in the Start / Pause area. Each post that is due will be shared automatically.

Unless you stop the tool, each content you put in the folder will be shared automatically within the expected time interval.

Setting Different Caption and Location for Posts

You can write different caption and location for posts in the bulk post sharing and scheduling tools on InstaFly. You can also set a separate description and location for Folder Synchronization.

To set a special caption and location for each post, you should create a text document with the name of your post file.
For example, if it is image1.jpg, it should be image1.txt or if it is reelsvideo.mp4, it should be reelsvideo.txt.

To set a location, you should write the location in the first line of the text document, between two large lines.
For example, like |Eiffel Tower| or |New York|. If you do not want to share a location, you do not need to do this, you can write a caption directly.

After writing the location, you should write the caption you want to be shared on the line below. You can use a user tag or hashtag here. You can also use emoji and spintax. The caption you write will be shared exactly as you wrote.

When you paste your post file and the text document file you prepared into the folder you selected for synchronization, it will automatically appear in the Post Scheduler tool and will be shared automatically when the time comes.
