Cancellation and Refund
This contract is made between the service provider SOCIFLY at www.socifly.com (hereinafter referred to as "SOCIFLY") and the Person or Institution (hereinafter referred to as USER) who has registered information on the system by registering as a new user on SOCIFLY.
Activation of Licenses and Delivery
Every service and software you purchase on SOCIFLY is automatically activated instantly.
After each sale of service and software, a license number is assigned to the purchased software. Each software operates only with this license number.
When the software is opened and the license number is entered, the license becomes active. After this period, the software will only be used on the computer where the license is entered. This computer information can be accessed from the license panel.
Cancellation of Licenses
Activated services and software fall under the category of Services Performed Instantly in the Electronic Environment, therefore, they cannot be canceled.
Since activated services and software fall under the category of Services Performed Instantly in the Electronic Environment, they cannot be refunded. The USER cannot request a refund for these services.
No license fee is refunded under any circumstances for software purchased and downloaded to the user's computer (including the termination and/or blocking of the websites using its source/infrastructure).
Refund is only made if the software is not downloaded to the USER's computer after purchase.
Since downloaded software falls under the category of Services Performed Instantly in the Electronic Environment, the right of withdrawal is not valid according to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
Every USER who has registered on the SOCIFLY website can request the cancellation of their membership. You can use the contact form for membership cancellation.
Every user using the SOCIFLY website and services is deemed to have accepted these Cancellation and Refund Terms.
