Automatic DM Reply Based on Post

One of the innovations that came with InstaFly v11.6 is the automatic message reply feature according to the content of the post. With this feature, you will be able to automatically reply to the content sent to you via direct message, according to its content or link.

Especially in accounts that promote or sell products on Instagram, message traffic is intense. Responding to each message one by one increases the workload and wastes a lot of time. InstaFly takes all your workload with the Automatic Message Reply According to Post Content feature.

When a post is sent to you via Direct Message, you can reply to the private message according to this post or according to the post description. For example, you can automatically reply to the features and price of a product.

You should make the necessary adjustments once with the Direct Message (DM) Actions > Auto Reply DM.

 

To create a private reply to each post, you should paste the code part of the link as Incoming Message Content in the Reply Panel area. When you click on the post on your browser (Google Chrome etc.), the last part of the link is the code part.
For example, https://www.instagram.com/p/C_BWdwduAeU/ The code of this link is C_BWdwduAeU.

Or you can also create a response based on a word in the description of the post.
For example, a product code (PRODUCT-01, ABC123) that you will create for each post description will be sufficient.

In the Incoming Message Content section, you can also create a response to written messages that you receive.
For example, you can write You're Welcome in the Thank You text. Or you can write Hello, how can we help you? in the Hello text.

It is enough to check the If It Occurs box, write your response for that post in the Reply to Be Given field and save it with the Add to Reply List button. You can repeat this process as many times as you want and create a separate response for each post.

If you want to respond to incoming messages that are not in your reply list with a fixed message, you can write your response in the Message to Be Sent If Unclear.

For example, you can write a fixed message like We are currently unavailable, you can reach us at 44 123 45 67. You can also reply to the incoming message using AI.

You can start the automatic response tool with the Start button in the Start / Pause area. The tool will automatically reply to every incoming message as long as it remains open.
